The range of Semiautomatic Linear Packaging Machines Mod. 45 and 65/A2 LINE by Pactur is renewed, with the integration of a new production segment: the semiautomatic linear packaging machines, produced in the 45 and 65/A2 LINE models and in the special customized version for large formats such as 140/A2 LINE ( ​​see video ). The construction principles, used for welding and heat-shrinking, are identical to those of the traditional 90° range. While the innovation lies in the layout of the machine: the heat-shrinking tunnel, instead of being placed at 90° with respect to the insertion of the product, is located in line. Thus, product scrolling is linear, from right to left. Therefore, the packaging machine can be placed against a free wall and thus takes up less circular space. The welding arm is automatic and electromechanical, so it does not require compressed air. There are three sealing arm controls on the machine: buttons, pedal and timer.

Each line is carefully designed on the customers indications, starting from a general structure that is as follows: Coil car, motorized and with hydraulic lifting Decoiler, designed on demand and with the required capacity (up to 30 ton) Straightening group with one of the different precision straighteners or levellers we can propose. We have in our range also “cassette-system” levellers, for the quick exchange of the working rolls. They are particularly useful for those who have a big range of materials and thicknesses. Guillotine shear (start-stop or non-stop models) or flying shear. This last one allows the flying cut of the sheet-metal, without stopping or slowing down the passage of the material. The shear moves synchronized with the metal strip. The control equipment checks the material movement and automatically decides, according to the speed, to move the car that holds the shear.

The range of incremental encoders with 58 mm round flange includes different mechanical types: the series RE520, with centering mask diameter 50 mm, compatible with the international standard SIZE23, RE540, with centering mask diameter 36 mm and RE510 with centering mask diameter 31.75. All the types are housed in a metal case. The connection type and position can be chosen among different options, as well as the output signal formats and the shaft diameters. The pulses per revolution number ranges from 2 to 12500. The zero reference pulse option is available for all the series (type RE521 etc.). Box weighing system to be integrated in manual idle lines When the box is positioned on the weighing station, the operator can read and check the weight of the products inserted in the box before placing it on the pallet and thus avoid errors or returns of the goods. In this way the operator can view the result of the weighing on the weight indicator without having to lift the packages to weigh them. The weight indicator is usually installed on a vertical post clamped to the structure of the roller conveyor. In this way the indicator remains positioned vertically and it is very easy for the operator to read the weight. The standard version foresees the installation of the basic DFWL indicator. On request it is possible to install the 7-key indicator also with DFWKPXP printer. Semi-automatic line consisting of taping machine FP9036 with side straps (or FP9037 with straps above and below) for closing the upper and lower flap of the box and special plan for loading products. To facilitate the packaging operation of the products, an idle conveyor roller with boxes-stopper plan has been positioned before the taping machine.
